Atmosphere Kanifushi Plan™

Atmosphere Kanifushi, a gorgeous island resort in the Lhaviyani Atoll, is famous for its turquoise vistas, endless white beach, and  swaying palm trees. The island is approximately 2 km in length and 90 meters wide. Beach Villas and Water Villas, showcasing  vast living spaces with elegant interiors, are ideal for a tropical holiday.

Arrival & Departure Experience

Kanifushi Island is a 35-minute seaplane journey from the Velena International Airport, Male’.

On the day of arrival:

• Guests are met by the Atmosphere Kanifushi team at the airport and taken to our private air-conditioned lounge.

• While waiting for their seaplane flight, guests have complimentary access to the lounge services including a refreshing welcome drink, snacks,  Wi-Fi access, and board games.

• They are escorted to the Seaplane Terminal by shuttle for their flight to Kanifushi island.

• On reaching the island, guests are welcomed in the traditional Maldivian way, with rhythmic ‘bodu beru’ drumming and friendly greetings as  they walk along the jetty towards the island.

On the day of departure:

• Guests take a seaplane ride to the Seaplane Terminal in Male’. They are met by the Atmosphere Kanifushi team, who escort them to the  Velena International Airport, Malé.

THE SPICE

All-Day Dining Restaurant (Breakfast, Lunch, And Dinner).

Ambiance: Contemporary restaurant with soothing light-coloured interiors, high ceilings and large doors overlooking tropical foliage and the  blue lagoon.

• Assisted buffet service design with ‘cloche’ offering a selection of Asian, European, and Maldivian favourites, live cooking stations,  grills, and delightful dessert spreads.

• Enjoy daily theme nights at The Spice:

• In the evenings, the Sunset Pool Bar converts into an à la carte fine-dining restaurant. Specialising in fusion cuisine, the restaurant  showcases the best of Asian and Mediterranean culinary traditions.

THE PIER SIX **

Specialty seafood over-water fine dining.

Open for:

• lunch from 12:30hrs - 14:30hrs

• dinner from 19:00hrs - 22:30hrs

Ambiance: Lively over-water dining complex designed in the shape of a native Manta Ray, with high ceilings and blue marble walls. There’s both  indoor and outdoor seating here.

• A range of seafood staples including the catch of the day and Japanese Teppanyaki grill options.

TEPPANYAKI GRILL at THE PIER SIX ***

Authentic Japanese fine dining, a show to remember!

Open for dinner, 2 sittings of 2 hours each from:

• 19:00hrs - 21:00hrs and

• 21:00hrs-23:00hrs

Pre-booking required

• Guests share a table around a large hotplate, where a theatrical chef whirls, swirls, juggles, flips, and flames raw ingredients into a  delectable dinner. Chilled or hot sake is an essential accompaniment.
